Magnolias can be moved, but it’s risky proposition, since the root ball must be huge.

Much too slow, IMO. Find someone somewhere in Dixie who owns a large Magnolia tree, and would be willing to have it moved to the WH grounds, and christened “The Donald J. Trump Prosperity Tree”. As to financing the project; it can be done, and I would contribute.
