I love pimiento cheese, too, and whip some up once in a while. Can’t find it in stores with sweet pickles and they make it extra tasty. I use a little bit of mustard, too, for zing.
I take a tray of little sammiches to parties where folks take finger foods to snack on and that’s the case tomorrow night.
