I remember the “studies” that showed if you drank more than two or three cups of coffee a day, your life expectancy would be cut short by years; then a few years later a new
“study” showed that drinking two or three cups a day was good for you.
I preferred a less “scientific approach.” I looked at all the Norwegian coffee drinkers I grew up with in North Dakota and they all drank 3 to 4 cups a day at a minimum and lived a long time!
