I preferred a less “scientific approach.” I looked at all the Norwegian coffee drinkers I grew up with in North Dakota and they all drank 3 to 4 cups a day at a minimum and lived a long time!

I grew up in Grand Forks. I can assure you that is correct. 👍

The four cups a day was really just a way to put off going back out into the

1) swarms of mosquitoes, or

2) -25 degree weather!
