If you close down the EPA, who will release toxic waste water into our rivers?

It’s called “cutting spending,” and it’s what we hired him to do.

How many of those who left were focused on
the EPA's mission?
How many paid attention to the parts about
significant risk, and
enforced fairly,, and
economic growth, and
businesses, and
accurate information?
How many thought
best available scientific information meant the info supporting their personal political/social agenda?
I'd bet most of those who left did so because they were expected to work toward their mission, rather than use the power of the EPA for a personal agenda which often differed with the mission.

The majority of the employees will not be replaced.LOL!
So these were some of the 'non-essential personnel' that we always hear about during a snow storm who are not to come in to work.

Even though this is the 4th or 5th time this has been announced in various media outlets over the last two months, it still makes me smile.

The cuts also appear to be apart of a trend that
began during the Obama administration, when budget restraints put a squeeze on the agency.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lost over 700 employees... Lost?
Typical of a bloated bureaucracy full of incompetent noworkies.
Were they misplaced? Part of payoff to foreign dictatorships?
I prefer "shoved out" or "forced to resign or be fired" for being totally useless.

I think Free Republic needs a new posting category. We have “Breaking News” and “Front Page News”. How about “Good News”?

Get rid of the leeches that watch porn all day and then retire with a kings ransom. Eggsactly. A friends son went to work for the IRS in DC. His job was to audit IRS field offices around the country. He said that in his home office, and field offices, he would often find people asleep at their desks.
