I searched “state of emergency, declaration, Trump” on Google and all I get are articles about opioid addiction.

What's going on with this statement of emergency?

Google is NOT going to show the " state of emergency " when it probably involves some of their own!!

It’s very broad and I can’t see any clear specifics on it. There is a reference to an ‘Annex’ which presumably contains names of persons affected.
