That’s the price of going public, you give up control.
Time for a German conjugation: Shittner, Shattner, Geshittner.

No more Papa John’s!
.
Shocker.
Another one bites the dust is right... Sad.
There is no freedom of thought.
He probably should be fired for just being stupid. CEOs of big companies need to know when to hold ‘em, when to show ‘em, and when to STFU.
Yep, convict the man who sees wickedness, and not the man that is wicked.
I went back to PJ’s when he said they were getting away from the NFL. Dropped them again, when he said it was a mistake. Now, I’m just done with Papa Johns!
Papa John’s out here in the sticks is the only good pizza joint. Gonna have to find a non-franchise place now. Not easy as there are so few places around here...
Because he’s stupid. When you sell marginal pizza, don’t piss off a substantial percentage of the buying public.
Moral of the story: Steer clear of the NFL.
Chick-Fil-A has mastered it. They are a Christian company, and act like a Christian company, but keep their mouths shut when it comes to political issues.
Walmart Neighborhood Market pizzas seem to be good. I’ll have to try it again...
Exactly why Trump did not go public with his company.
The answer in nearly all situations in life is to just STFU. Took me a long time to figure that one out.
I hate this. We have friends who are franchise owners of Papa John’s. But we’ve quit eating there since the NFL Boycott began.
Very sad to see businesses go the PC route. The NFL is anti-American, and we cannot go the way of an anti-American, anti-cop, anti-flag organization. Just won’t do it.
Sundays are to be a day of rest and reflection upon God’s blessings anyway. Meditate on His Word, spend time with family, and be at peace.
I am NOT saying that a football game cannot be part of that restful day—but the NFL became (and still is) an idol for many Americans. Such idolatry is wrong.
We won’t take part.
Schnattering schnabob of schnegativism?
It’s pizza for teens, like “Little Seizures.” They want as much pizza as they can get for what little money they have on their person. It’s completely understandable. There’s a large market of teens out there and Papa John’s is answering the call for inexpensive, substandard pizza.
