I don't think so. What threatens the Swamp creatures is not media exposure but criminal prosecution. The Swamp has used media leaks to spin while the AG and his inspector general have quietly accumulated evidence for trial. Trump has kept his enemies close and observed them "working" as government employees in government offices using government communications - while they thought they were safe and that Mueller had Trump on the run.

Open hearings are about grandstanding. Closed hearings are about getting information. If ANYTHING is secret-—stuff you want to learn, or lies you need to trip people up with by revealing you know secret stuff-—closed hearings are the only ones that matter.
