Re: #8.

I predict that Tesla will move their assembly operations to Tahoe Reno Industrial Park, where they already have a battery facility & where they bought 30 additional adjacent acres about 18 months ago.

IF the state can demand that Tesla go union, they can demand that of any business—regardless of size. I do not believe that move will survive a Supreme Court test.

I just realized that list didn’t include all the new Unconstitutional Second Amendment restrictions.

Yeah. I didn’t write the list. I’m sure there’s hundreds of new laws. They think they have to pass laws to show what great legislators they are.

To my knowledge they are passed. I know the governor signed cap and trade with a 63 cent a gallon hidden gas tax. we already had a gas tax increase this year. There are petitions to reverse them.

As long as they LEAVE all their ‘California attitudes’ behind when they exit.

Other states do NOT need the contamination.

We have our families in CAL tough to leave”””

I will remind you that today’s transportation systems no longer include the Conestoga Wagon, oxen, mules or horses.

When you realize how much cheaper it is to live elsewhere, you can visit your ‘family’.

If I could get Mrs. KC to move we would be out of here.

On the other hand, I have lived in CA for 60 years, and it pisses me off that I am being forced from my Home by an out of control State Government. The Tyranny of the Majority...

I agree. I lived in California 1969 to 1987 when it was considered ‘cool’ to live in the Great State of California.

On my recent, but infrequent visits to CA I see how it has become an undesirable place to exist.

You are correct. Conservative Californians could leave the state and settle in many low cost areas and use the money saved to visit their California family or give a ticket to their California family to visit them in their new state.

When I recently paid $5.25 for a Burger King breakfast croissant in Los Angeles, I saw how expensive the state has become and how aggravating it must be for Conservatives to know they have absolutely no voice in political process within the state.

It must almost be like being in prison for conservatives to live in California.

Gas tax passed, of note though in the commentary fractions of cents and dollars were mingled so the end price was off.

You missed all the nasty new ammunition bills. Background checks for buyers. Licenses to sell or transfer ammo for businesses. Tyranny!
