NO! Far from it. Northern Virginia, called NoVa, is a D.C. suburb saturated with commie liberal Federal employees. South of those 2 counties, Virginia is solidly conservative. The problem is the economy has stunk since 2008 and the only rapid growth is in the size of D.C., so NoVa has exploded the last 2 years and is now dominating politics in the Commonwealth. If only Loudon and Fairfax counties were in Maryland, then only MD would be commie lib and Virginia would have been spared. By D.C. being between them, the D.C. cancer metastasized into both. Isn’t Virginia a suburb of Washington D.C.
