“Just Incredible”: Tom Fitton Stunned After DOJ Official Bruce Ohr Ditches Senate Intel Committee Hearing (VIDEO)
Fox Business Network reported Monday afternoon that demoted Justice Department official Bruce Ohr unexpectedly ditched his hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
“Demoted Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr was set to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee today. The testimony never happened,” reported the news network.
Asked if he was surprised by the news, Fitton replied, “unfortunately it’s par for the course from the Justice Department and FBI in terms of cooperating with Congress,”
“You may remember Andy McCabe had to reschedule his interviews last week and to have this key official not show up is just incredible.”

It’s apparent, he wanted McCabe to have to face the gauntlet first.

That’s really the problem, and the Republicans can’t come out and say it without appearing to be utterly insane, but it’s true.
It seems that every Democrat, whether they’re in Congress, on the bench, in the Justice Department or sweeping up garbage somewhere puts their warped ideology and party ahead of everything. Since Trump won, they feel that laws don’t apply to them, no standards of behavior, no commitment to the truth. They no longer feel the need to “hear the other side” - to them, “the other side” should be banished, and anyone ON the other side needs to be re-educated or killed. They wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night full or rage and hate that never stops. My brother, who actually calls himself a “conservative”, has called Trump “the most vile person who ever lived.” Not just vile, mind you... THE most vile person who EVER lived. And he’s hardly alone. It’s hard to find anything written by a leftist on any topic that they don’t find a way to insult Trump (and / or us) SOMEHOW, even if he has nothing to do with what they’re writing about. They were SOOOOO close to ruining our country forever, that Trump is literally their worst nightmare, and it eats them up even when they’re not asleep.
God bless him and keep him safe.

2. Perjure yourself. Lose your job. Go to jail.
3. Cut a deal. Lose your job. Maybe spend some time in prison but spend the rest of your short, unhappy life waiting to be Arkancided or Obongoed.
4. Practice avoidance behavior. Don't go, don't call in sick. Just pretend it's not happening.
I'd venture to guess tomorrow's announcement will be that Ohr has lawyered up.

You've got it right. Ohr knows he's trapped and isn't about to perjure himself before Congress or set a trap for subsequent trial. Just like McCabe, Ohr's "no show" proves that DOJ Inspector General Horowitz has the goods on the whole conspiracy. All this time they thought Mueller was going to nail Trump, and their own IG caught them digging their own graves while still on the job.
Trump and Sessions knew all of this before the election, but needed the evidence to prove it. Wow.

The thing to do... is send the capitol police out to serve an arrest warrant on him and his wife. Have the U.S. Marshalls kick down the door to his house on a no-knock warrant at 4 AM. Take him and his wife into custody. Perp-walk them into the capitol building with the Capitol Police and into a holding cell. Bring them up into the committee room, when the committee is ready for them.
Won’t testify, fire him. Trump needs to tell DOJ/FBI that they WILL cooperate and fire anyone that does not.
