I wonder who the judge is that will rule on this.The same judge that has recused herself - twice - from the Fusion GPS case (although I think she was actually recused the first time, i.e. not voluntary).

It’s the same judge on both recusals? I thought it was 2 different ones as the one was male on the Flynn case and female on the fusion joke. Are you saying the female recused herself twice? Thanks
