U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu filed a motion before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, urging the court to deny the request from Awan, who is facing fraud and other charges.
Awan, a former IT aide for Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, is currently enrolled in the High Intensity Supervision Program (HISP) with conditions that he abide by an electronically monitored curfew of 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. and a limit on traveling beyond 150 miles from his residence, according to court documents. Awan and his attorney want to lift those conditions, including the electronic monitoring bracelet.
Federal prosecutors warned this could give Awan an opening.

Jail...absolutely! The bastard was doing espionage against the US via his access to Congressional servers and at the behest of Democrats! Why the HELL isn’t he in jail with no bail? This stinks to high heaven. His Dem employers should all be subpoenaed and probably indicted.

A laptop was found that was connected to Awan and Debbie Whatshername Schultz. Debbie THREATENED Capital Police and demanded the lap top be returned.
Reports have said there were 7100 illegal logins on House/Senate network and the fear is that these Pakistani's were sending everything to Pakistan.
In addition, Debbie paid this clown about $160,000 per year which is about 3 times the going rate for IT techs.
Any bet would say these guys are spies.
U.S. Marshalls can easily detain him and prevent his travel, if Trump so orders it.
Hillary and Debbie Blabbermouth Shulz are hoping Awan gets out of the country. He certainly has plenty of memory sticks that are his insurance against being killed by the usual suspects.

He can go 150 miles... he could probably board a departing cruise ship, set sail, go down to the brig at 149 miles and be whisked off the helipad and off to Pockeshtawn within 3hrs.
It’s the same judge on both recusals? I thought it was 2 different ones as the one was male on the Flynn case and female on the fusion joke. Are you saying the female recused herself twice? Thanks
