The baker in the SCOTUS case will sell a plain, iced cake to anyone including homosexuals. He just refuses to endorse gay “marriage” by decorating it with little Adam and Steve figurines and homosexual decorative homosexual messaging icings on them.
Once anyone buys a plain cake from him they can do whatever they want with it.
I agree with the principle. But when I consider the motives of the gay community, it's obvious that the goal is not the cake. The goal is to put company owners who support traditional values out of business.

It seems that the SCOTUS case is based upon the argument that a person cannot be compelled to”create” something that they do not approve of [”artistic expression”], rather than the usual “religious expression” argument.
It’ll be interesting to see how these all play out.
