The baker in the SCOTUS case will sell a plain, iced cake to anyone including homosexuals. He just refuses to endorse gay “marriage” by decorating it with little Adam and Steve figurines and homosexual decorative homosexual messaging icings on them.
Once anyone buys a plain cake from him they can do whatever they want with it.

That sounds fine. The baker simply doesn't provide as a service inscriptions. If someone is having a ceremony with religious overtones, they can always recommend a company that does that.

I agree with the principle. But when I consider the motives of the gay community, it's obvious that the goal is not the cake. The goal is to put company owners who support traditional values out of business.

I noticed that.

It seems that the SCOTUS case is based upon the argument that a person cannot be compelled to”create” something that they do not approve of [”artistic expression”], rather than the usual “religious expression” argument.

It’ll be interesting to see how these all play out.
