Sad but true!!
He shouldn’t have gone on the show!
Admitting would have made it worse!
Citing the facts of differing societal norms between today and then like you just did would have faded into the background.
He was a very flawed candidate period!
Again not in Alabama therefore not following Moor and his political particulars closely, I have now seen some facts then even when he won state-wide Alabama offices it was not by great amounts. So the people that knew him best weren’t wild about him! Still I thought they would prefer him to a pro-abortion, anti-2nd Amendment Hillary sycophant. It seems they’ll take the sycophant!
Would Luther Strange really have been that bad compared to Jones?
Bottom line he was an awful candidate and should never have been selected.
If you have ever visited Alabama you know there are thousands of great people there both men and women who could have done a far better job than Strange or Moore!!What the hell is wrong with the party up there?
As President Trump said, we need to put up GREAT GOP canddates.
Moore was NOT a great candidate.
I am a FReeper. That makes all the difference. And I read and post every day, listen to Rush Limbaugh every evening on his podcasts, and also Tucker and Hannity, as well as read the major driveby propaganda news organizations.
There is nothing unique or unusual about me than most other FReepers. So many are like this in our own way.
Having said this, most people aren’t. They just don’t know what we know. We’re seeing the CAUSES of the deterioration of our culture and country and know what needs to be done, even if others do not.
I think that’s why we all like Trump so much. His lifestyle is not conservative but we don’t care because he tells it like it is and even that doesn’t matter because his actions speak so much louder than his words.
We could see through the logical issues involving Moore; the charges and the timeline, and even if true know that not voting for him hurts us even more. Others don’t have the knowledge and honed logic we do.
Others not so political as us listen to the lying politicians and media and believe them.
Good point, but the end results is the real teacher. We lost. Turnout was the key factor.
Basically, they don't care to have their lives gone through the shredder, which is what the media does to ALL conservatives.
I believe this is true most everywhere nowadays.
One of the main reasons I trust Trump. Despite the skeletons he had/has in his closet, he just doesn't give an F and challenges them directly. Does ANY politician dare do this? Especially the ones on our side (who get 90% of the myopic scrutiny)???
I trust you’ve read Clarice’s piece today. After reading, one wonders how in hell this isn’t apparent to even the doubters.
I should add; “how in hell” is because it ruins their liberal utopia... it must not be challenged under any circumstances.
Just heard that the UN is voting tomorrow to void the United States decision to make Jerusalem the capital of Israel. I say we vote to move the UN to Jerusalem and cease funding immediately.
So right.
Awesome..couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
Wouldn’t the UN prefer the Gaza strip?
Excellent post! We are the conservative 1% of the blogosphere. We are the ones that others read and get and give answers to the questions that seem so tough to those who have not lived and breathed conservative politics for years if not decades. The cyber buck stops with us.
The only reason he won Ohio Governor was weak opposition. He had been a state legislator, went to Congress, was helpful on budget with Newt, had a FOX TV show called Heartland, worked at Goldman Sacks. His Dad was a mailman in Pennsylvania. Got to Ohio by attending Ohio State, and we could not flush him back east.
Yeah thats always a big part but for the most part a skeleton in the closet of an Alabamian vs. other states is a whole different animal. If you called someone a bad word 20 years ago its different form some of the dastardly crimes we see by other pols in other area of the country committing.
Pretty much says it all,LOL!!
THanks Ex-hippie. Great to hear from you.
Over a Labor day driving trip from FL to CA (moving) I had a flat and no spare in Alabama.
An Alabama highway patrol helped me out. Drove me and my broke tire to a tire shop, waited for it to be fixed and then drove me back to my car. On labor day.
I’ve never been treated so well by a police officer in my entire life. My only gripe would be he was dressed in black jumpsuit, paramilitary style. Was intimidating.
