Farenthold won't run for reelection: report

Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) will not run for reelection, an ABC News affiliate reported.

He is expected to finish out his term, according to Crossroads Today in Victoria, Texas.

The report comes after the House Ethics Committee announced earlier this month that it would open an investigation into Farenthold, particularly whether he sexually harassed a former staffer and retaliated against her when she complained about his conduct.

According to reports on twitter, Ryan is pressuring him to resign immediately.

This is 2006 all over again. The Dems are going to run with "GOP is corrupt" in 2018 just as they did in 2006, even though their own people are caught up in this corruption, too. Their media pals will only heavily report on the GOP perps, though.
