Pilot Yousef Dajah widely praised in Jordan after he told his passengers that their Amman-NY flight path would take them over Jerusalem, capital of Palestine; He knew there were many Americans on the flight, but he did it anyway, says co-pilot.
The pilot of a Royal Jordanian fight enjoyed praise in his country after he announced to passengers on the in-flight PA system that the plane was flying over Jerusalem, the capital of Palestine and along the Palestine Mediterranean coast.

Idiots should not be allowed to fly planes.
Once again, for the 345,098,127,980th time, Arabs in denial and living off of fumes of wishful thinking.
Jordan OCCUPIED East Jerusalem 1948-1967. They lost it fair and square to the Israelis in the defensive 1967 war.
Major sour grapes and major sour hummus on the part of the Jordanians.
Israel helped keep their beloved King Hussein in power during the PLO civil war called “Black September” in 1970.
Israel has a peace treaty with them.
Israel provides them with water.
Israel keeps them sane unlike their neighbors to the east and north. Grow up Arabs and smell the coffee...(ain’t gonna happen).
Should have plunged into the Atlantic enroute to NYC.

I’d like to see Royal Jordanian Airlines inundated with angry calls about this.
God disagrees. He has declared Jerusalem a holy city, not a city belonging to devil worshippers.
What other disinformation did the pilot pass off to the passengers?
He included “the Palestine Mediterranean coast”, which is something that does not exist.
History would suggest that Jordans love for Palestinians is up for debate.
I don’t believe this, but hell it could have happened.
I was once on a flight from Milan to Dubai, and a gentleman had a medical emergency. We were approaching Damascus, and were turned away because there were Americans on board. The plane flew back to Athens, dropped this gentleman off in the best way they could do.
A good fact. The Romans renamed Judea to Philistinia after the Jewish rebellion, and the British later named it Palestine. The Arabs staged their usual invasions and claimed it was theirs when it never was. The Philistines were not Arabs, they were indigenous to the land in the present day Gaza strip if not for the fake “Palestinians”.
I wouldn’t fly with an arab airline for any airliner they could build...which they don’t.
That would be Gaza.
Some prime real estate that only the “Palestinians” could screw up.
They could be the Monaco of the Middle East, but they choose to spend the billions of dollars in international aid money they receive every year on building tunnels to nowhere so they can murder innocent Jewish civilians
He probably told them Islam is religion of peace.
I don’t even credit Gaza as part of “Palestine”. To presume that “Palestine” even exists is to give credence to the lie of the Arabs.
There’s no question that an imaginary nation can have an imaginary capital, defended by an imaginary army. The question is: “How can anyone who actually believes this tripe be trusted to fly an airplane?”
You don’t believe this story happened? The article literally says there’s video of the incident.
It must be hard to be part of the group known as the ‘world’s losers’...
