And a black belt of agriafro counties called Black Belt across the Center state from say 8 to 3 on a clock axis
The rest of the state is untouchable including metro suburban counties

I knew it was over (for Hillary) around 9:45pm when reports of people "crying" at the Javitts Center started coming in.
BTW, the NY Times website now has Moore with a 57% chance of winning (up from 52% just a few minutes ago).
Moore is widening his lead by leaps and bounds.
