1. Sometimes Conspiracy Theories are not theory.
Nellie Ohr, is the wife of DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr and she is an employee with Fusion GPS. Why would she apply for a Ham Radio License a month after Fusion GPS contracted with MI6 agent Christopher Steele?

Heavy Bogosity on that event.
I need more time to change the names, to protect the innocent.
wow! from your twitter link:
Does the NSA monitor ham radio calls?

Dear Nellie, it is illegal to transmit in code on the amateur radio band.
Ragchewing about pizza and Las Vegas may not be wise.

I have seen that information that Mrs. Ohr applied for and received a Ham Radio LIcense. Specifically I saw that she received a Technician License. That is the same License I am studying tonight. With that license one is limited to utilizing the 2m and 70cm band and parts of other bands in CW, (morse code.) Any Freeper hams, please correct me if I am wrong.
Encrypted messages are forbidden by the FCC and if there were any hanky panky over the airwaves, fellow hams either self-police or turn to the FCC. A call sign is public domain and has to be used every ten minutes and at the end of a message/contact.
Yes, she could use the internet with a ham set up to contact across the US but I do not know about any DXing. (Long range contacts) THe 2m and 70cm bands are not condusive to long range contacts.
With encrypted messaging via email and other means these days, a Ham Tech license does not figure in this scenario in my feeble mind. Like I said, if I am missing something here, let me know.
Now if she held a General or higher license, then more bandwidth opens up to the Licensee. But as much of the messaging is open air...anyone can hear it.
Please post a picture of Nellie Ohr so we know who we are dealing with.
Plenty of layers in this onion.
