The supreme court doesn’t even follow the demographic makeup of the united states, why should we give a rats ass about their law clerks.

If we wanted to the supreme court to match demographically just the religion of the United States we would have to get rid of several judges.

currently 6 Catholics and 3 Jewish justices.

so we would have to boot all but one justice off the court to “match demographics”.....

I don't care that much about their religion, either. If they were Catholics like Scalia, Alito, or Roberts I'd happily have all 9 be Catholic. If they were Episopalians like Gorsuch, I't happily have all 9 be Episcopalian. Regrettably, I can't think of examples of Jewish US judges/justices that are worth anything. Anybody?
