Probably not, but I like that Russian turbofan fire bomber, currently assisting us. It can drop 12 tons of water inside of a second, refill in a flash. CA should buy 100 of them. Better yet, Boeing should build a knockoff version, in South Carolina.
They do have a knockoff version of a converted 747 that drops twice that much water but the environmentalists will not let them use it.
