Allred told the press conference that her client had always meant to only include the signature and the Christmas greeting as being written by Moore, saying that she had the signature analyzed and it matched that of Moore.

The issue isn't whether the signature matches that of Moore. The issue is whether or not Moore actually wrote it.

The "D.A." at the end of his signature -- and the information that has come out about how his assistant would sign his name on legal documents and then put her initials "D.A." after it to indicate that she had signed on his behalf -- strongly suggest that Nelson, Allred, or someone else actually copied Moore's signature onto the yearbook page from somewhere else.
