He’s a businessman and understands that the biggest threat to business isn’t taxes per se, it’s the political corruption, the threat of theft under color of law. I do have to ask that the measure we all used as a better tool for gauging displaced workers is no longer talked about. The labor participation rate. It stands at 62.7, down .2 from January, 2017 and the same as last month.

Over the past year, I've not seen or heard conservatives using a number so often used, especially from 2014-2016.
