“Fair Share” is one of the most odious inventions of the 20th century.
Public employees are forced to pay exhorbitant dues to unions which are in bed with administration/management.
The unions have no incentive to straighten up and fly right because they are ensured of their “fair share” through payroll deductions.
What a scam!
The concept of “Fair Share” is the heavy hammer used in reference to Federal Income Tax laws. Why should an individual pay a higher rate on their income than anyone else? All this does is discourage people from trying to advance, and punishes them for doing so. It also encourages lawmakers to devise income tax laws that favor one individual over another and create winners and losers.
All we hear repeatedly is the rich need to pay their “Fair Share”. For socialist a “Fair Share” demonizes those who actually pay, and victimizes those who don't pay at all. Socialists’ “Fair Share” will only reach its limit when all individuals are making the same wage after taxes. Of course this will result in the stagnation that was seen in the old Soviet Union, and result in collapse.
This collapse is their ultimate aim after all.
If I had a financial crisis and had to withdraw a large amount of funds from my retirement account, the Federal Government would have a field day collecting their 40 percent, and hopefully I would have enough money to cover my crisis. Afterward my income would return to its modest level, but the Federal Government will have gotten their money first.
Unfortunately that's exactly how they view income, as belonging to the Federal Government first, and then they decide what we can retain.
Earned Income Credit is nothing more than Socialist Redistribution. God's Word states clearly that we should not show favor to the rich or the poor, but our Income Tax system creates winners and losers, and shows favor to both. We in the middle are stuck.
