Exactly. MS-13 members are Hispanic and work construction jobs during the day have $$ to do their dirty work at night. Bloods aren't Hispanic so they don't get a LEO pass.

MS-13 make the Bloods seem like solid citizens:

Round up everyone in both groups. I don’t care which group is worse. I want them both off the streets because both are a criminal menace.
