A biased criminal investigation of anyone is unacceptable. A biased criminal investigation of the U.S. president is intolerable.
How often do we hear that only banana republics investigate political losers (e.g., Mrs. Clinton)? Im pretty sure Ive said it myself.
We investigate political winners because its important to ensure that those who hold office dont abuse the public trust. But to conduct ideologically biased investigations of political winners that place them in jeopardy of being removed from office is most assuredly the stuff of banana republics.
What to do? I concur with a friend who says that Rod Rosenstein should direct Mueller to fire everyone on his staff who has made a political contribution or otherwise could be reasonably thought to be a partisan. If Mueller refuses, as he certainly would, Rosenstein should fire Mueller.

I think Rosenstein appointed Mueller to try to head off any blowback from Uranium One. Once Comey was fired he knew that covering it up was much more difficult and everyone involved in that treasonous deal was in trouble.
It’s a political witch hunt and everybody knows it.
I think Meuller is covering for the entire FBI, they are all as crooked as Hillary.
First of all - Fire 10% of the FBI staff, randomly.
Let them suffer collectively for the political crimes of their elites.
The present culture of the FBI, and much of Washington, is that being a leftist propagandist and mole is perfectly acceptable, indeed, it helps in advancement. The words Professionalism and Neutrality are just propaganda for the public. That culture first needs to be destroyed and everyone in the agency must be responsible for it.
Then you can start to remove the most obvious, politically corrupt holdovers.
If you look at it, the whole thing was kicked off by the Clinton Campaign funding that fake dossier, then a Clinton partison within the FBI using it to secure FISA warrants, which were then used to kick off investigations that led to another partisan hack in the FBI appointing a special counsel who hired mostly partisan hacks including the same one who started this whole thing off by using fake info provided by a campaign to spy on Americans. It’s outrageous and shows just how secure the entrenched deep state uniparty is.
And Sessions' solution to clean up the FBI is to have the Obama appointed DOJ IG Michael Horowitz clean up the mess.
What are the odds that Horowitz will cover things up?
To me, the simplest way to get rid of Mueller and his gang is to appoint a SC to investigate SWMNBN, the half breed and anyone associated with Uranium One sale.
That puts President Trump in a “stop yours ; then I’ll stop mine” position. It’s called leverage. The problem is getting a “rip your throat out” for SC.
Sessions won't. he recused himself because he didn't want to avoid any possibility of the appearance of a conflict of interest. So now he is no unable to direct the firing of people who give the strong appearance of a conflict of interest. Ironic.
Simple solution
Mueller has no effective supervision because of dumbass Jeff Sessions and his idiotic self recusal.
So Jeff Sessions needs to retire for personal reasons.
Make him an offer he can’t refuse.
Ambassador to Porkistan or something where he saves face.
That way the media and democrats won’t be all over the president for firing him.
The replacement Attorney General will not be prevented from supervising Mueller because he won’t be stupid enough to recuse himself and hang the president out to dry the way Sessions has done.
>>> What should be done about Muellers biased staff? <<<
Have them lined up and shot.
How about we ask for our money back ?
IMHO the bias goes right up to Mueller himself.
Very well stated, what many of us have also surmised.
On the Mueller issue:
1. Keep up the media drip drip drip on him and his team's credibility.
2. While Sessions is primarily responsible for Mueller's existence, Trump is ultimately responsible for ensuring the laws of the land are properly applied. Those 2 need to get together to figure out what they're going to do about it.
3. If they can't reach agreement, a Sessions will have to be replaced with someone who respects and can work for the President.
4. Whoever the AG ultimately is, they need to appoint a second new special counsel to look into the possible crimes at the DoJ, and the involvement of the previous administration, as it can't be trusted to investigate itself. A watchdog outsider like Tom Fitton should be the selection, and allowed to being in his own external staff.

My idea of a best outcome is that Mueller and company runs until it’s totally obviously ridiculous to let it continue.
At that point there will be many public voices saying bad things about the investigation and the people conducting the investigation. Have we reached the point where the investigation is damaging the investigators.
Can the investigators close the thing down with humiliating themselves?
At some point Trump could justifiably shut it down but I’d rather see the investigators destroy themselves with no public help from Trump.

Everybody involved knew that the Mueller “investigation” was biased from the start. It’s an almost purely political exercise that will eventually peter out into nothingness.
Much more far reaching than just Uranium One, but also Libya, Fast and Furious, IRS as a weapon, opening the borders farther, the list goes on and on.
The entire Kenyanesian Usurpation was treason.
My idea of a best outcome is that Mueller and company runs until its totally obviously ridiculous to let it continue.
We are there.
