That change comes from the conclusion by Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, Oman and perhaps even Qatar, in association with Jordan and Egypt that the existential enemy is Iran and not Israel . Israel is in fact their ally. Although there has been clandestine contact with Israel for years, it can now be acknowledged.
The Palestinians are thereby determined to be irrelevant. Abbas will be faced with the task...... change, make peace and lose the constant threats to destroy Israel or find a new source of support.

My guess is a few of them from Eastern Europe, like Poland and Hungary. Also, I think India might recognize and perhaps Japan and South Korea.
Of course Saudi Arabia supports it. They already possess the only two holy cities to Islam, Mecca and Medina. Every single Muslim knows that Jerusalem has no status whatsoever in their religion. It was a military conquest that they lost. Just like Spain.

Also, Alan Dershowitz said & emphasized (on Hannity) last night that what Trump is doing is the PERFECT response to Obama’s stabbing Israel in the back last year as he had one foot out the door at the WH .... abstaining from a condemnation resolution at the UN rather than vetoing.
