On Mondays broadcast of the Fox News Channels Your World, Senate Republican Conference Chair Senator John Thune (R-SD) argued it would be best if Alabama Republican Senate nominee Judge Roy Moore stepped aside. Thune said, [I]f and when he gets here, theres going to be this cloud, I think theres going to be an ethics investigation. I think thats probably inevitable, and that it would everybody would be better served if he would step aside and allow somebody else to run, even as a write-in candidate, I think we win that seat with a Republican. But the president sounds like hes sort of stepping up his activities in that race. Thats his prerogative. But I still think its in everybodys best interest, including the party, the Senate, and the country if we could eliminate the distraction that ultimately is going to come with this election.

Is there any reason the media is back on this again?
The Washington Post, Mitt Romney, etc... it can't all be a coincidence they're all simultaneously back on this again today, Monday, of the final full week of this election.

Everyone would be better off if Thune would just step aside and let someone with honor have the seat.

Of course, with President Trump announcing his full support its a chance for the haters to go against him. Pathetic lot of background noise.

I can't wait for Alabamians to go to the polls. They've been picked on and looked down upon by elitist snobs for decades. This is what Thune's bitching really is, it's typical Washington condescending elitist crap.
"I say oh Danforth Bloomington III, can you believe the nerve of those wretched troglodytes in Alabama are reeeeallly going to vote for that nincompoop Moore? What a travesty he'll be to the prestigious members in the Senate."

You stated the reason - it’s their final desperate push.

What a dumb assthe Moore victory train has long since left the station. Thunes like the crazy, homeless, drunk bum hanging around the train station benches mumbling to himself and annoying travelers who are doing their best to ignore him. As Im trying to ignore the clueless & annoying Thune.

Everybody would be better off if Thune just realized what an execrable piece of crap he is and STFU.
To: x1stcav
He’s a Swamper who was reelected in 2016 so he feels free to run his mouth now and undermine MAGA. He is a spring chicken by Senate standards and will be in for a rough non POTUS year primary in 2022.
