I have never seen this show, and I would never know about it if wasn’t for their stupidity being incessantly reported elsewhere.
Mueller gang wants to do that, and that would be malicious prosecution, and that’s actionable. Logan Act would clearly not apply to a transition team member, and anyway, how is it interfering. Did Obama want Russia to impose counter sanctions, and Flynn ruined it? Tough titty. Then prosecute Jesse Jackson or Jimmuh for going on personal missions to Syria and whatnot.

If anyone had malice, it was Ross, but even he would have an excuse. He had such a hard-on he bypassed the fact checkers, and just ran with the story, making up a source, “an intimate.” Plus he can say that the unmasking of Flynn was after the campaign ended, and he misunderstood the “intimate”’s account of the campaign period, and thought he meant that Jared told him to talk to the Russians, instead of just look into ways to improve relations with Russia. No malice, other than the pathological, out-of-touch-with-reality kind.
