A supervisory special agent who is now under scrutiny after being removed from Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s Office for alleged bias against President Trump also oversaw the bureau’s interviews of embattled former National Security advisor Michael Flynn, this reporter has learned. Flynn recently pled guilty to one-count of lying to the FBI last week.

FBI agent Peter Strzok was one of two FBI agents who interviewed Flynn, which took place on Jan. 24, at the White House, said several sources. The other FBI special agent, who interviewed Flynn, is described by sources as a field supervisor in the “Russian Squad, at the FBI’s Washington Field Office,” according to a former intelligence official, with knowledge of the interview.

There is NO WAY Mueller would fire him for that.

Unfortunately, as is often the case, too detailed to capture the interest of LIV’s, and easily and purposely ignored by the MSM.

Nice rap sheet. Changing the verbiage re: grossly negligent etc. on the e-mail charge against Clinton is obstruction of justice.

He didn't fire him. He was moved to Human Resources so he could delete his own texts from his government issued phone. Strzok has been bleaching all his emails and smashing his and Lisa's government issued devices.

You can't make this stuff up.

But Mr. Strzok was reassigned this summer from Mr. Mueller’s investigation to the F.B.I.’s human resources department, where he has been stationed since. The people briefed on the case said the transfer followed the discovery of text messages in which Mr. Strzok and a colleague reacted to news events, like presidential debates, in ways that could appear critical of Mr. Trump.

What We all should want to know is, did this political activist Peter Strzok in the FBI play ANY part in granting immunity to Cheryl Mills, Hillary, Huma or any other Clinton toady in the Private Server/classified email investigation?

“If Flynn hasn’t been sentenced, he can withdraw his guilty plea.”

I’ve been thinking of this. If he withdraws his plea does he open himself to larger charges that were withheld when he signed on to the plea?

I don’t know the actual circumstances of what Flynn went through and what was on the table that convinced him to plea, but I think that I might withdraw my guilty plea, publicly and formally... Just the chaos it would cause would be too much fun and, honestly, Fed prison isn’t that bad. Plus, there is always that chance that through discovery and an open-minded jury you could really blow these cheap lawyers apart.... Heck, this crooked FBI agent alone (and his McCabe-connected GF) could cause a mistrial before it even got into full swing....

This publication was almost five months ago and it is just now in the news... COVERUP

By none other than AG Jeff Sessions, as Congress has been asking for this (and other) information from the DoJ for months. Congress even had to threaten to charge Sessions and the DoJ with Contempt before the information was finally leaked.

Perhaps a way to treat a Mafia Don or Russian spy , but not exactly the way you treat a Three Star General who has served his country well

The Clinton Crime Machine seems a lot like the mafia. I wonder how many of the 60 or so on the Arkanside list met their untimely end after a Clinton simply alluded to how much trouble that person could be, no direct instructions needed.

Peter Strzok FBI Is Married To SEC Enforcement Lawyer Melissa R Hodgman, The One he supposedly Cheated On.
Melissa Hodgman Named Associate Director in SEC Enforcement Division

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2016-217

Washington D.C., Oct. 14, 2016 —

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Melissa Hodgman has been named Associate Director in the SEC’s Enforcement Division. Ms. Hodgman succeeds Stephen L. Cohen, who left the SEC in June.

Ms. Hodgman began working in the Enforcement Division in 2008 as a staff attorney. She joined the Market Abuse Unit in 2010 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2012.

Ms. Hodgman has investigated or supervised dozens of enforcement recommendations spanning a variety of misconduct, including:

The SEC’s first case against a brokerage firm for failing to file SARs when appropriate.
Fraud charges against a Wall Street CEO and his company, family members, and business associates accused of secretly obtaining control and manipulating the stock of Chinese companies they were purportedly guiding through the process of raising capital and becoming publicly-traded in the United States.
Fraud and other related charges against China North East Petroleum Holdings, its CEO, President and former Chairman of the Board of Directors, and others arising from their alleged diversion of offering proceeds to the personal accounts of corporate insiders and their immediate family members and fraudulent conduct in connection with at least 176 undisclosed related-party transactions.
Charges against Charles Schwab Investment Management, Charles Schwab & Co., and two executives for making misleading statements regarding the Schwab YieldPlus Fund and failing to establish, maintain and enforce policies and procedures to prevent the misuse of material, nonpublic information.
Ms. Hodgman has led the Enforcement Division’s Cross-Border Working Group, which provides expertise and assistance of matters with international actors and implications. Ms. Hodgman also co-founded and served as the enforcement representative on the Chair’s Attorney Honors Program, and is a member of the Enforcement Division’s hiring committee at its Washington D.C. headquarters.

“Melissa has supervised and investigated a broad range of noteworthy and first-of-their-kind cases across the spectrum of the securities industry and involving misconduct located around the world,” said Andrew J. Ceresney, Director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division. “She has distinguished herself with her excellent judgment and creativity, and I am pleased to have her join the senior ranks of the Enforcement Division.”

Ms. Hodgman said, “I am honored by this appointment and look forward to continuing our tradition of pursuing tough but fair enforcement actions in complex and cutting-edge cases, especially matters involving cross-border issues and efforts to hold gatekeepers accountable for breaches of their professional standards.”

Before joining the SEC staff, Ms. Hodgman worked as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Washington. Ms. Hodgman earned her masters of law with distinction in securities and financial regulation in 2007 from Georgetown University Law Center, her law degree with high honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, and her bachelor of science degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1990. Ms. Hodgman received the Ellen B. Ross Award as well as an SEC Chairman’s Award in 2010.

Mueller failed to disclose exculpatory material about a corrupt federal agent investigating Flynn....

Thus, the plea deal was obtained via fraud, and Flynn should seek to have it voided.

MELISSA HODGMAN, SEC ENFORCEMENT: “WHEN THE FACTS DON’T FIT, WE FIX THE FACTS”

MELISSA HODGMAN, an obscure mid-level Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) “enforcement” bureaucrat was caught pants down lying and misleading the legendary New York federal judges P. KEVIN CASTEL and Judge Alison Nathan.

The disgraced Melissa Hodgman and her fellow liars at the SEC were blasted on March 27, 2017 in a powerful ruling handed down by the eminent federal judge KEVIN CASTEL, who found the SEC had fabricated evidence and potentially committed fraud against the renowned Japanese American lawyer William Uchimoto. Melissa Hodgman’s shameless exit from her fabricated case was the writing on the wall – predicted a year ago exposed in an investigative story HOW TO WIN A FABRICATED CASE, SEC LAWYER DEREK BENTSEN DUPES FEDERAL JUDGE KEVIN CASTEL FIVE TIMES and SEC LAWYER DEREK BENTSEN ‘DRAINED’ IN A CHINATOWN MARKET MANIPULATION ‘SWAMP’ and FRAUD, LIES, SEC STAFF STEVEN SUSSWEIN, CHERYL CRUMPTON SLAMMED IN FEDERAL COURT.

According to this report, Peter P. Strzok II (refered to in the US media as Peter Strzok) is the son of a former US Army officer living in North Carolina named Peter P. Strzok I (who frequently writes intelligence related articles for his local newspaper)—and whose parents (Peter I and Virginia), on 15 May 1987, announced in their local Saint Cloud, Minnesota, newspaper that he was going to attend Georgetown University in Washington D.C..

In 2013, this report continues, Georgetown University published a list of their “Capitol Project and Endowment Donors” listing Peter P. Strzok II as has having graduated in 1991, and his further receiving a Master of Arts (MA) degree there too in 2013—and that after his 1991 graduation, saw him joining the FBI, where by 1997, a US Federal lawsuit, titled “Croddy, et al. v. FBI et al. Civil Action No. 00-651 [EGS]”, noted at Section III.THE PLAINTIFFS/A.ERIC CRODDY (FBI)/Line 67 that he was then an Intelligence Research Specialist dealing with chemical and biological terrorism incidents.

As the SVR maintains a “corruptibility rating” on all known US officials, this report continues, Peter P. Strzok II, in 2002, was ranked by Russian intelligence experts as being in the “highest category” of this rating scheme due to his FBI estimated salary being $125,000 per year—but his then purchasing a home in one of the richest counties in America located at 3214 Prince William Drive, Fairfax, Virginia—and that he had jointly purchased (and whose current worth is $584,900) with a Security And Exchange Commission (SEC) officer named Melissa R. Hodgman—and whom the SVR had, also, ranked in their highest category of corruptible US officials.

During the 2016 US presidential election, this report notes, both Peter P. Strzok II and Melissa R. Hodgman played “key/central” roles as Hillary Clinton operatives within the American “Deep State”—with then FBI Director James Comey stating that his team, led by Peter P. Strzok II, “moved heaven and earth” to finish their review of Hillary Clinton’s e-mails in time for him to reveal on Sunday, 7 November, less than 48 hours before the election, and that they had found nothing incriminating—while at the same time, Melissa R. Hodgman (who had been appointed by the Obama regime as an Associate Director in the SEC Enforcement Division on 14 October 2016) filed US Federal charges against a lawyer named William Uchimoto (the son of Dan Uchimoto who was one of the most decorated Japanese American soldiers in World War II).

The Hillary Clinton “Deep State” attack upon William Uchimoto, this report explains, was due to his investigating a Georgetown University law professor named Chris Bummer for his money laundering ties to the Clinton Foundation—but with all of the “fake charges” leveled against him by Melissa R. Hodgman being thrown out of court by US Federal Judge P. Kevin Castel this past March (2017).
