We have an FBI agent, Page that works for an FBI agent McCabe (who's wife received $750,000 from Clinton friend Terry McCaulliffe) having an illicit extramarital affair with another FBI agent, Strzok, the lead investigator of Hillary's email scandal and Donald Trump's supposed collusion investigation. Strzok was removed by Mueller surreptitiously for anti-trump texts and Mueller hid this from Congressional oversight. Strzok has knowledge about and a hand in the construction of the dossier that was used to obtain the FISA warrants to allow survalience of Trump and his team. Each of these people should be put under oath as they are all subject to blackmail by each other and other actors. Hell, maybe the Russians knew that they were sleeping together.
So with the crumbling case. the FBI turns to the Logan Act as a means to "snare" the President.
"§ 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."
Soros, Clinton and Obama have and continue to, directly and indirectly, carry out conversations with foreign agents with regard to "controversies with the United States". They have maintained these discussions without the approval of the Trump Administration to their own benefit and against the will of the President. If there is a crime here, it is a crime that has been committed by those out of power and no longer representatives of the people of the United States. Obama, Clinton and Soros should be under investigation today for violation of the Logan Act.
Americans now that this was T-R-_-_-S-_-N.
... and that the FBI/DOJ’s SOLE GOAL (after cashing
Clinton Foundation checks, given to their spouses)
was: PROTECTING THE CLINTONS and covering up
what was wrought during PIZZAGATE.
Do you need to buy a letter?
When you are President elect, you have the “authority of the United States”.
How can we tolerate the FBI being complicit in destroying evidence (laptops and hard drives) yet fail to collect evidence (like the DNC server), then have the author of the dossier on the FBI payroll while he was also collecting fees from Hillary and the DNC, then use the fictional dossier as a launching pad for running to the FISA Court to spy on Hilarys opponent using the fictional dossier as gospel? Not even perverse Hollywood could come up with a script like this...
In the case of George Soros, I favor extraditing him to Hungary. Yes they have asked for him.
Ok, but do they have one or two scoops of ice cream./s
Obama and his cronies are untouchable. They know it. In your face has always been the way Obama and Clintons that is the way they have always done things.
all the filthy lucre (SorozNazi especially, since he has trained his kids to carry on his evil)
must be collected and put in a victims’ compensation fund
to help heal all the damage Soroznazi and hilLIARy have done to us (and many many many other innocent people around the world, for that matter, Soroz is so damned evil that Satan doesn’t even want him in HELL!)
Soros is not a US citizen is he? So the Logan Act would not apply.
... or get rid of the stupid law. It’s only going to nail Republicans, Democrats are immune to such illegality.
From his wiki page it says he is and as a US citizen abroad working against the interests of the President he should be stripped of his status (after a fair hearing).
I think it is well past time for congress to repeal the Logan Act. It has not been used since its original passing and is considered unconstitutional. Get rid of it.
A suggestion: shut down fbi and cia.
