A violent brawl has continued into the evening, as protesters clashed on the streets of Melbourne ahead of a talk from right-wing commentator, Milo Yiannopoulos.
Police were forced to use capsicum spray to subdue a number of protesters before pulling them off to the side.
The wild scenes on the streets of Flemington first erupted around 6pm, ahead of the alt-right poster boy's first talk in Victoria at the Melbourne Pavilion.

It’s a few hundred people in an area a little way out of the main city zones most people visit - it’s extremely unlikely she would be anywhere near it. So don’t worry too much.
