Attorney General Jeff Sessions, FBI Spox and Office of DOJ Inspector General Release Statements

Did you know the DOJ has been investigating the FBI for 11 months…. wait, what?

Hold-up on the criticism folks. Three important statements today from the DOJ, FBI and OIG indicate there have been ongoing investigations and reviews of conduct within the upper tiers of leadership within the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Given the nature of the leaked IG investigation to the Washington Post and New York times; surrounding apex investigator and deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI Peter Strzok; and accepting the direct approach of President Trump in his tweets toward that revelation; and adding the layer of Intel Chairman Devin Nunes threatening to file ‘contempt of congress charges‘; there is every indication something is about to break – very soon.

“[The allegations] if proven to be true, would raise serious questions of public trust. I look forward to receiving the Inspector General’s report. We will ensure that anyone who works on any investigation in the Department of Justice does so objectively and free from bias or favoritism.”

“My job is to restore confidence in the Department of Justice in all aspects of our work and I intend to do so. As such, I have directed that the FBI Director review the information available on this and other matters and promptly make any necessary changes to his management and investigative teams consistent with the highest professional standards.”

~ Attorney General Jeff Sessions

“When the FBI first learned of the allegations, the employees involved were immediately reassigned, consistent with practices involving employee matters.”

~ FBI Spokesperson

Here’s the critical OIG statement:

“The January 2017 statement issued by the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announcing its review of allegations regarding various actions of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in advance of the 2016 election stated that the OIG review would, among other things, consider whether certain underlying investigative decisions were based on improper considerations and that we also would include issues that might arise during the course of the review.

The OIG has been reviewing allegations involving communications between certain individuals, and will report its findings regarding those allegations promptly upon completion of the review of them.”

~ Justice Department Office of the Inspector General

What the OIG statement is saying is that for 11 months the Dept of Justice OIG office has been investigating the politicization within the DOJ and FBI and deciding if the actions, or lack of action, was driven by the political ideology of the participants therein.

I was not aware this investigation was taking place, were you?

Apparently the DOJ-OIG is close to “reporting its findings.”

It would be prudent to withhold negative opinion of AG Sessions and FBI Director Wray until we can see the outcome of the Inspector General findings – which will, given the duration of the investigation, likely be a very lengthy and extensive report.

All of a sudden the recent FBI leaks to the Washington Post and New York Times make more sense. All of the embedded political agents within the DOJ and FBI are quite possibly about to be exposed. This would explains a lot of the current activity and visible angst from within the participants of the professional administrative state.

This year-long OIG investigation could possibly explain a great deal of the current headlines on all sides of the DC spectrum. The black hats are on the cusp of being exposed.

I have always trusted AG JEff Sessions.

I have always admired Judge Roy Moore.

Both men deserve the benefit of the doubt.

I voted for Donald Trump because he is an honest man.

God bless these much maligned honest men.

Second, Hillary’s illegal email servers is an open shut case.

And so was Kate Steinle’s murderer, yet he just walked. Or how about that deserter Berghdahl?

It looks like you guys think that an unaccountable global cabal, working for the last 50 years which includes the Clintons, can be dismantled in less than a year? How does frog marching Hillary into the courtroom she has hand picked herself help us?

First, the deep state “military” must be substantialy weakened. That is happening. Look at Hollywood. One of the largest and most productive movie co. ceo’s is out, not to mention Netflix canceling another big name guy. Or, how about the media? Really big names going down. What about their money chain. What about the Podesta group, it is shut down. What is going on in Saudia Arabia right now is HUGE! But you wouldn’t know that if you only get news from MSM, and that includes Fox. How about removal of MS13 gangs? You know the killing arm of the Clinton machine. I am probably only naming about 1/4 of the good that is going on, but you are missing all the good stuff. I don’t think Sessions can act until Trump finds he has sufficiently weakened the deep state army.

Kate Steinle’s was a city court in San Francisco, and the Feds can still prosecute this guy. Which I think that may happen.

Regarding Berghdahl that fell under Uniform Code Of Military Justice (U.C.M.J.) which operates outside U.S. Federal Court. A completely different set of laws for military people vs. civilian.

Thus, your two examples you used were not good points since they operate under different legal systems.

I understand it will take time to dismantle and completely get it. When you have Hillary that has been caught lying 39 times to the FBI over illegal Servers that the FBI Director confirmed she had..... That’s open shut. Hillary does not deny it and it’s a Felony. Flynn on the other hand 1 time (which is debatable) over something that is NOT ILLEGAL, but Flynn is prosecuted by the FBI while Hillary walks free?

I do agree with everything else you wrote going past “First, the deep state....”

I just wish A.G. Sessions would get more aggressive.

I guess I just think there is no such thing as an open and shut case. As far as Sessions getting more aggressive, we don’t actually know what he is doing. I think the fact they are so tight lipped about this is a good thing. But getting back to putting Hillary in jail, how do you think that would currently go over in our brainwashed culture. We already have entire police dept. standing down and not protecting Trump supporters. In some cities, they were even forcing Trump supporters into the arms of the rioters. There are also the Bernie bros who did not vote for Hillary, would this act drive them back into the dems arms? And then there is the economy. Something as small as Flynn pleading guilty to a lie with a slap on the wrist drove the market down over 300 points. Honestly, I think a lot more needs to happen before taking such action.

But, my biggest issue, is why do so many believe that only the black hats are good at conjuring up a setup for a take down of the enemy? I know we are not used to seeing this with the current R’s., but this is Trump! He is so much smarter than they are. You have to see the things that are not normal to get it. Just one example, have you ever known POTUS to send mean texts to ANY other person he has fired? I think just that alone is so obvious. He only talks about what great people they are. Of course he is using deception. In times of war, deception is always used. There is a good documentary called “ghost army”. In ww2 they had an entire unit of artists and sound guys to create inflatable tanks and planes, accompanied with the sound of moving in a huge amount of troops. Because it was actually a very small unit, it was very risky for them. Good doc. But I see this same thing now. Trump is a small army, and he is going to have to use deception to fool the deep state. Also, I think Mueller is on board with this.

One last thing, I could be totally misreading all this and be wrong. If so, I am nothing more than wrong. All of us have been wrong before. But.....if you guys are wrong, Sessions will be proven to be one of the greatest patriots we have ever seen. I know he was one of only a small handful that stood with Cruz during the filibuster. I have never heard any bad things about him before. He was also the first senator to endorse Trump. Did you know that he and Trump go back many years. He asked Trump to speak to congress about the remodel of the UN. That was at least 10 years ago. If, he turns out to be the great patriot I believe him to be, I will be very glad that I was not on a public forum bashing him.
