Do not disagree but last year the playoff committee let Ohio State in and said winning the conference did not matter. A one loss team was better than a two loss team.
That is why you have a real Championship with the Big 5 Conferences and 3 at large and have a 3 game playoff. Takes the committee completely out of the mix and you could have a Cinderella champion once in a while.
I would be saying WI if they had won, but neither team looked all that great on offense.
