That would be my guess as well. His presence in the country, clearly shown by arrests would likely prove the case.
Option two would be a Federal civil rights case but that might be more work and I’m not sure the penalties would match the first option with five possible charges?
In addition, it would be a powerful message to repeat offenders and their supporters if the book was thrown at this high profile thug in a very public demonstration of resolve.
