In the private sector HR usually makes you attend a class on sexual harassment, and you sign a form that you attended. The only useful thing is the signature on the form, because if you do something HR can say "hey, we warned you" as they escort you out.
The public sector has it too although one wonders if the Congressional Branch has it. We ought to be lucky they are feeling up women and not children (although some clearly branch out).
Training? I guess they think WE are going to fall for it. These people are supposed to be leading the country and they need "training" to behave? All the while they write laws and tell US how to behave? Every one of them needs to have a drug and alcohol test, if they test positive they are out! That should take care of the majority of them.
Folks, we are in deeper trouble than we know.
