Throughout the halls of power in Washington, D.C. the establishment is growing increasingly nervous. Republican senators and congressmen alike are starting to look over their shoulders and what theyre seeing is making a lot of people anxious.
The 2018 elections are coming and it has the GOP very, very nervous that conservatives are going to vote them out of office.
Former White House senior advisor Steve Bannon is telling people hes not coming after mainstream Republicans in the House the way hes targeting senators with anti-establishment disrupters in primaries.
Many in the House are looking over their shoulders all the same because they know voters are not happy.
I cant read Mr. Bannons mind, said North Carolina Rep. Robert Pittenger, who could well be on the list.
Back atop the right-wing media organization Breitbart News, President Donald Trumps ousted strategist is openly trying to topple Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and incumbents backing the Kentucky Republican. Bannon and his supporters say McConnell is the embodiment of an insufficiently conservative, unproductive party establishment.
The House is a different story
so far.

They had damned well better be!
I can’t think of a single Republican Congressman or Senator that’s worth a shit for anything useful or desirable.
As far as I can tell each and every one of them works against the interests of the American people and, due to their positions, are enemies of the American people.
There is even more fear and loathing looming in their future. Just wait till their voters discover that Obama has rigged another IED in next year’s income tax return, the dreaded Obamacare penalty that has never been collected, but will be required in 2018.
The rat, Kostinin, head of the IRS, was inexplicably kept in his post after Trump’s inauguration and this year did not rescind the hefty penalty that will be levied on every taxpayer who doesn’t have coverage, after he finally leaves office in February of next year.
Pitchfolks at the ready!
They must lose their pensions and then their liberty
for LYING to voters to coverup their TREASON.
If they are so frightened, resign this afternoon, you criminal bum liars.
Or get with the program and MAGA
Well, there is an alternative: They could try to represent the interests of their constituents rather than their donors for a change.
You’re probably thinking of John Koskinen (who, by the way is no longer head of the IRS)
Yeah, they should be. That is precisely the way it should be.
Levin was nearly apoplectic y’day. He does not like these tax cuts (on the individual side) And IMO, nobody really trusts Congress to execute something that will not turn into a colossal bludgeoning for some segment of their voters. Dem voters, who gives a crap, really.
But should the McCain-Murkowski-Johnson-Collins cabal get together and defeat any tax bill, he sounded distraught. And IMO most of us would think that way (and don’t need Levin to think that way)
If that should come to pass, this Republican Congress will be the single most abased, pathetic, feckless blitheringly crappy political mishandling in human history. It will be like Hitler’s invasion of the Soviet Union, it will be the biggest failure ever.
Good.
It’s a conundrum. How do they continue to serve their corporate masters while conning the working man into voting for them.
Good they should be. Worthless sacks of ...
Spineless cowards
Those bastards should be terrified right now. They need a crowd outside that Capitol with tar and feathers.
That is against their nature.
But they rather follow the Est.leadership then do the right thing and support Trump.
I know that I for one (and many like me) is not happy with the House and Senate leadership, or the gope.
I also know that I for one eliminated 1600 democrats nation wide since 2010.
I know I for one can eliminate the “Republicans” who obstruct the President’s agenda.
I for one...
