There is an island 200 ish miles to the east of North Korea that is owned by South Korea and is about the same latitude as the DMZ. I am thinking that would be an excellent place to deploy a THADD unit. Could also deploy some units in Japans’s northern islands.
It would have to be heavily defended to keep NK from seizing it.........................
