I never saw any money for clothes etc. I did see her getting her hair done which was expensive, going out and having vacations.
I would have fights with a foster dad at aged 14

And don’t forget the federal funds attached to child support recovery. Child support interest, is another big payday for the state.

If children’s fingerprints were taken, AND COMPARED from state to state (Take the Carolinas and Maryland for instance)
I suspect the ‘costs’ would go down by millions, if not billions across the country.. You can ‘bet your bippie’ you’ll find many kids ..ah hells bells, never gonna happen...
