The Party of Women: Dem Rep Says Sexual Misconduct Allegations Against Conyers 'Could Be Made Up'
Townhall ^ | November 23, 2017 | Matt Vespa

The sexual misconduct reckoning that's sweeping the nation does cross party lines and political persuasions. Republicans and Democrats are in the crosshairs. Liberal media figures have also fallen. Yet, the Left is still engaging in the Bill Clinton protocol, circling the wagons and trying to downplay the accusations. Right now, Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) has four women, two of which wish to remain anonymous, alleging that he groped them. Leeann Tweeden who fired the first salvo also said that Franken forcibly kissed her during a 2006 USO tour in the Middle East. The other Democrat in the news is Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), who has had sexual misconduct allegations lobbed against him, with financial settlements providing a paper trail of possible bad behavior.

The Democrats are in a tough bind. Yes, Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore has been hit with horrendous allegations of sexual molestation and abuse. Yet, it's hard for Democrats to play holier than thou given how they treated Bill Clinton’s accusers. Moreover, given that there's been an epiphany from some on the Left that they were just terrible people during the Clinton presidency, it's also hard to cast aspersions on the voters of Alabama who are going to vote for Roy Moore next month.

The “ME TOO” fad was hatched to get Republicans, not America-hating fascists. The bastards didn’t expect to get democrats. Because of that, “ME TOO” is dead and buried. They will have to come up with something new to spread America hate. What will it be?

Right, they “could be made up” after Conyers acknowledged them to be real. Great way to get people to look in your closet for skeletons, Clyburn.

The Moore allegations are ABSOLUTELY TRUE simply because the women say so, and you CNNOT question their veracity or you’re enabling an abuser.

But...

Al Franken is in trouble because he hugs people a little too aggressively, and

the allegations against Conyers are ABSOLUTELY FALSE simply because the women said they were true, and if you believe these women, you’re a racist.

The “ME TOO” fad was hatched to get Republicans, not America-hating fascists.

Most hilarious blowback ever. After Clinton-megadonor Harvey Weinstein went down, Hillary (of all people) talked about a "sexual assaulter in the White House" and before we know it, liberal gropers are coming out of the woodwork!

WINNING!

I believe the CBC (Congressional Black Caucasian) combined IQ is <.04. Clyburn might make Rep Wilson seem like a Rhodes Scholar.

Conyers' Attorney Hints At 'Allegations' Against 'Many Members' Of The House And Senate / Daily Caller ^ | November 22, 2017 | Peter Hasson / FR Posted by Zakeet

The attorney for Democratic Michigan Rep. John Conyers, who is accused of continuously sexually harassing his female staffers, defended Conyers by indicating that there are allegations against "many members" of the House and Senate. [Snip] "[Conyers' attorney] acknowledged that while these allegations are serious, they are simply allegations," the statement said. "If people were required to resign over allegations, a lot of people would be out of work in this country including many members of the House, Senate and even the president." The statement said that Conyers has "no plans to resign" despite calls for him to do so.

ACTION NOW-—L/E needs to examine the bank accounts used to pay for govt activities.

NOTE WELL The “Bank Secrecy Act” was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion or other unlawful activities. Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity that might be indicative of govt fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, and other financial crimes.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of of govt funds. Govt monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate sunsidies and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from federal and state sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for govt employees own use.

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses. Govt fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from govt accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel and gifts from luxury outlets for wives and mistresses.

Taxpayers demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to prosecute govt fraud pronto.

If Democrats had any sense of decency whatsoever, the DNC would remove Conyers from his powerful ranking committees, and pull all financial support and pending tax funding from Conyers (and Franken).

Probably these radical Left, anti-American, Progressive Democrats intend to re-run the old Slick Willie Clinton defense of political sexual predators, and I quote:

"What a person does in his private life has no bearing on the performance of his job in public service."

REALITY CHECK: it's not private when it's on our tax dollar and the "personal business" is being conducted while they're doing the peoples work in the people's house on the people's dime.

=====================================

NOTE Fifty percent of American voters think Sen. Al Franken should resign over allegations of sexual misconduct against him, while 46 percent said he should be expelled from the Senate, according to a poll released on Wednesday. (hat tip The Politico/Morning Consult survey)

Conyers and Franken should be put through the same Legal Hell as Harvey Weinstein---
piling up Civil and Criminal Charges and restitution for victims which might include bankruptcy.

EXCERPT/HOLLYWOOD REPORTER---- After a breathtaking number of women (84 and counting) have spoken loudly and powerfully in recent weeks to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct, the producer faces prison sentences, a harried sale of assets and restitution for victims........and bankruptcy.

<><> CIVIL ACTION The Weinstein Co. has been hit with a $5 million negligence claim from an actress in Los Angeles. Another $4 million suit in Canada — from an anonymous actress — asserts infliction of emotional distress by Harvey Weinstein, one of his assistants and The Weinstein Co. (and also targets Disney, which once owned Miramax).

<><> CRIMINAL ACTION---How (and Where) Harvey Weinstein Might Go to Jail--- Sources close to Harvey say those emails are needed to show that some of his accusers may have enticed him and maybe even thanked him for wonderful liaisons.

That sort of strategy will hardly win over detractors — others, like Bill O'Reilly, who have been accused of misdeeds, haven't swayed opinion by promulgating selfies and thank-you notes from their alleged victims — but it's at least an attempt to sow doubt in the minds of prosecutors contemplating criminal charges.

Emails also might be used to show complicity on the part of Conyers and Franken's colleagues.
