If he resigns, the Democrat Governor appoints a fresh Democrat. If he refuses to resign, he is a political liability in a Democrat state that President Trump only lost by 1.5% ...
assuming, of course, that President Trump is successful and runs for reelection by the grace and mercy of God Almighty.
