I just never got up there though a lot of our friends have been there. If I ever go, it WON’T be during cold weather. I’m not into snow that much.
I spent some weekends in Boone, NC with my previous hubby at his parents’ summer cottage and did some hiking in the surrounding area. Never did care to check out Clingman’s Dome because of my fear of heights. I get dizzy thinking about it. LOL
It’s been unusually dry this month. We aren’t even getting decent dewfalls at night. It would be nice if we could get some wet so I could burn trash. I don’t dare do it with so many dry leaves on the ground.

Yes to both, we go to the in laws and it’s a family of 9 so plenty of family, kids, grand babies and a ton of food. Oldest is 85 youngest is 8 months.
