I absolutely agree! Where will it stop? Will gazing at someone become sexual harassment? Will telling someone they look nice, be sexual harassment? Where will the lines be drawn? And, who is the arbiter of what's right or wrong? Why don't we regress to treating people the way you'd like to be treated? Amazing concept!
“Will gazing at someone become sexual harassment? Will telling someone they look nice, be sexual harassment?”
These have been and are currently potential sexual harassment scenarios based on company policy numerous places I have worked over the past 20 + years.
