NEW YORK (AP) — PBS says it is immediately halting distribution of Charlie Rose's interview program and CBS News suspended him following The Washington Post's report of eight women who accused the veteran newsman of multiple unwanted sexual advances and inappropriate behavior.
The women, three of whom spoke on the record in the deeply-reported story, accused Rose of groping them, walking naked in front of them and relating an erotic dream.
Rose told the Post that he was "deeply embarrassed" and apologized for his behavior.
Rose's PBS show features his in-depth interviews with newsmakers....

Contemplate just how many of these bombs the WaPo is sitting on; and of course, how the vast majority of them are Democrats.
Were you there and saw Rose in his birthday suit? If so, prove it, same goes for these other ladies.
Might of happened, might not of, bottom line is you report this stuff right after it happens. Then an investigation ensues to get the facts.
I thought this forum was for sanity, reason, and logic, not emotions and political payback regardless of ideology.
YUP....any guy who runs around naked in front of employees IS A PERV....in corporate America he’d be on the street pronto, and the NAGS would be celebrating it...if he was a Republican that is.
Btw, using your standard of guilt, Trump is must hang too. This goes both ways. Rose admitted to flirtation but not the more lewd stuff, just like Trump (Entering Miss USA ldressing room in full on alpha mode while other stuff was denied).
Point is have a problem, document and make a complaint in real time, not years later.

He has essentially admitted it.

This is exactly how I feel. I have been in uncomfortable situations and dealt with them as an adult. How I reacted was on me. The idea that I would say something 25 or 30 years later would never occur to me! I just do not understand. I also acknowledge that some incidents were somewhat my fault. This is making me roll my eyes and then have them glaze over. That is not good because there are real victims out there who will be marginalized due to the witch hunts.
