Per Ozark Tom, FR member (and I’m not sure who discovered this but it’s a heck of a catch!)
Allowing that the stopping point is Ray, the two lines add up to poetry, as one comment pointed out.

Not only is the additional text a forgery, but the main text only makes sense if was signed by somebody called RAY. Its a poem, hence the convoluted word order.
To a sweeter, more beautiful girl I could not say,
Merry Christmas. Love, Ray
Gloria Allred at the original press conference actually read the yearbook text as “Ray” and had to be corrected.
Why isn’t she sued? That’s the way you deal with these people. What are the polls showing?
There could be all sorts of situations I suppose where a co-ed ends up signing a year book at an odd point in time. On a coffee table at somebodies house when visitors come over or something.
Gloria Allred is guilty of fraud and so is this woman who went along with the scam.
I say it’s time to arrest Gloria Allred over forged documents.
We could probably learn a lot about the rats behind her, and at the same time send a message not to do this.
How do we KNOW it’s HER Yearbook??
I always wondered about that strange phrasing.
