President Trump took to Twitter Monday morning to harshly condemn NFL player Marshawn Lynch after he stood for the Mexican national anthem, yet took a knee for the U.S. Star Spangled Banner during Sunday Night Football over the weekend.

Lynch is a running back for the Oakland Raiders and was playing against the New England Patriots when he made the controversial move.
President Trump has regularly criticized individual NFL players for refusing to stand for the U.S. national anthem. He's also gone after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who refuses to implement an enforced policy that requires players to stand.
Since protests against the national anthem started last year, NFL ratings have plummeted with fans citing players' refusal to stand for the American flag as the main reason they're tuning out of games. The business cost to the NFL is enormous.
As Roger Goodell, Jerry Jones, and the NFL engage in an ugly internal fight over the future leadership of the NFL, TV partners at CBS, ESPN, Fox and NBC are staring at their own internal conflicts — namely a substantial decline in NFL ratings that is on pace to cost the four networks up to $500 million in lost revenue.
Already several hundred million in lost revenue has been booked in 2017 and it has the league’s top executives and television partners scrambling to figure out what went wrong. How did a league that was setting ratings records in 2015 suddenly see its audience fall by nearly 20% just two years later.
LOL! When we have truly tuned out of the NFL, these are legitimate questions. “Oh, they played a game in Mexico. Who knew?”
I still don’t understand the rules of soccer and can’t figure out how tennis can be played on grass without cleats. It’s because I AM NOT INTERESTED AND DO NOT WATCH. Same as the NFL these days.
And you can be sure no one was there without legally being in the country: Mexico has strict, common sense border laws and the enforce them.

Øbama was incessantly chiming in on news events inconsequential to executive power. It irked me then, and if there is a pattern emerging, irks me now.
I’d prefer Trump did not continue with it. The occasional chiming in on some issue that makes the news is fine, but not a pattern of it.
Dump his ass from the NFL and let him go play Mexican football.

Meanwhile, dynamic running back Zach Zenner rots on the bench while watching nobodies play ahead of him. Not even a backup. Zach was a record breaking college running back. Only one to have 3 straight 2,000 yard seasons. His college stats are better than that of all the running backs on the Lions roster COMBINED! He lead the preseason for all running backs in yatdage. Yet he sits and watches inferior talent. WONDER WHY? Melanin deficiency. The guy should sue the Lions and the NFL for blatent racial discrimination!
Why? Because he is a POS and he thinks he can get away with it. Mostly, people engage in wrongdoing only if they think they can get away with it. And he has the support, permission, and probably the encouragement of his bosses.
