My goodness...the transcript doesn’t do this justice. Hatch gets so mad his voice is breaking up. He also starts slamming the gavel down repeatedly. Brown looks totally shell shocked that Hatch pushed back at him like that. They aren’t used to being called out on their bull crap and that is precisely what it is and always has been.
I’d like to see John ‘I love Obamacare’ Roberts somehow removed from the bench and replaced with a person of high moral standards and strict adherence to constitutional law.

For this thread, Judge Brown has already retired...and at 68 she is really too old to be a new justice. Hopefully Trump will appoint someone much younger that can be there for several decades (assuming they are a good constitutionalist, of course).

Senator Franken performs CPR on Justice Ginsburg, thus insuring the continuation of Liberal Supreme Court Rulings.
This is why the left has gone nuclear in the Alabama Senate race. They know that the femi-nazi Collins and Murkowski hags will never vote for a Justice who might overturn Roe. They were willing to play along with Gorsuch because it didn’t change the balance of the court. With Kennedy it would. So they are hoping to peel off the Alabama seat to make it a 51-49 Senate and then they can count on Murkoswki and Collins to protect the liberal Supreme Court. That’s what this is all about.
I’d like to read the positions on Roe vs. Wade of all of the five for whom those are available.

After Miguel Rodriguez resigned from leading Kenneth Starr’s investigation of the death of Vincent Foster, Kavanaugh took over that task, and presumably, wrote Starr’s report on the death. The Supreme Court is one of the greatest prizes we won a year ago. Once President Trump replaces Anthony “The Swing Justice” Kennedy and the Notorious RBG, there will a solid Conservative majority on the Supreme Court. Then the Liberals will cry all over again.
