Any male who would play on a female HS team is a fruitcake from the beginning.

However, in my coaching days, there were a couple of girls who played JV baseball in the outfield, and even did a little pitching.

I was fine with that as long as they could field, throw and hit, which they did reasonably well. Though when it came to varsity try-outs, they just couldn’t cut it.
