Perhaps, but I don’t believe she has the right to display profanity like that. I would think (hope) that there were at least local ordinances prohibiting this kind of thing. Who wants their kid reading that in traffic?

If it said F@ Obama she’d have been arrested for committing a “hate crime.” Or had her vehicle vandalized.
It was a felony warrant as well, that makes her extra stupid. I don’t think it will help her sliding out of it though, she can make that claim but the sheer stupidity and attention getting of her actions will more than sway the decision against her being oppressed.
