The Wall Street Journal reports that Mueller’s team issued the subpoena in mid-October, requesting documents and emails from over a dozen top campaign officials that include several keywords related to Russia.
A source familiar with the matter told the Journal that the subpoena would not compel testimony before a grand jury, but that Trump’s campaign was surprised by the order after voluntarily cooperating with previous requests from Mueller’s team.

But to humor your I’ll explain: When Sessions recused himself and opened up Trump to a lawfare impeachment he made it likely that the will of the people would be overturned by legal system. Once a system loses legitimacy, military rule or mob rule is soon to follow. Hence the death of the republic.

Session’s recrusal does none of those things. You must be laboring under the impression that his actions had he not would not be challenged in the courts for years.
Since the Goebbelsmedia makes up s..t at all times, it would have been easy for it to create some crime to charge Sessions with. Think “Judge Moore”.
